Go Hard or Go Home

What does the term “go h.a.r.d” mean? I’m so glad you asked.

On the one hand, “going hard” could mean different things to different

people. In today’s generation, for example, we have a popular saying,

“Go Hard or Go Home!” Go Hard or Go Home implies that a person should

give 100% of themselves, or else they might as well not try. To “Go HARD”

is to go all out at whatever you are doing at that time. To “go hard” means

to give it your all! In many cases, it’s the one who is bold and brave; and

particularly the one who will push beyond the norm that will earn this label

of going hard.
